Some people think everyone should be a vegetarian, because we do not need to eat meat to have a healthy diet. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is argued by certain individuals that all of us should be vegetarian as eating meat is not necessary for a healthy diet. I tend to disagree with

Therefore
, it seems to be against the fundamental rights and justice to ask everyone to become vegetarian. People nowadays are well aware of their personal rights and restrictions of

regulations have according to many studies resulted in discontentment in millions of citizens. Apart from the aforementioned facts, it is scientifically proven that consumption of meat is a prime source of proteins, fats and other essential nutrients that are considered vital for a healthy individual. Depriving a human being of these fundamental components of a balanced diet could lead to fatal diseases like malnutrition and osteoporosis. Meat in any

it be beef, chicken or fish is important for human consumption to stay healthy and fit. For the same reason, the United Nations Organization has considered a daily intake of at least a recommended quantity of meat for every person. Summing up, it can be argued that the imposition of restriction on food items is a violation of human rights and can cause detrimental effects on the health of people.
Therefore
, in light of the stated arguments I completely disagree that everyone should be a vegetarian.
