Success plays a major factor in an individual person’s life. People strive all their life doing hard-work and building ethics which makes them recognizable in their working field.

 depends on an individual work environment or having an experienced mentor whom the person can work with. Experience is necessary to become successful because people learn from their mistakes and try to become more focused on things.
Finally
, being successful brings out more creativity in an individual’s life and

 benefits the society. Education is

 essential but experience cannot be taught in universities. It comes with time and consistency.
