. Some of the employees are reluctant to look for a new job because of the comfortableness and their obsolete skills. They will not be in a position to change the job because of the factors like office location and allowances. Since his graduation, my manager is working for the same

for the past 35 years. He did not move out because the office is near to his home and he discarded the offers which demanded him to relocate. Some folks won’t be moving out because their skills may become outdated and will not be in a position to get a new job.
