These days, numerous people opt to work on their own as opposed to being employees in a company or organization. In my opinion, a wide variety of strict rules and the limitation of income within an organization or a company discourage people from being an employee. I am also convinced that going bankrupt and paying taxes can be the drawbacks of freelancing.

We are aware that every country has its own official or minority languages. With the abundance of languages, English, Spanish, and Mandarin seem to be used more frequently, causing concerns about the possible disappearance of lesser-known minority languages. In my view, every country needs to find a way to protect its minority languages as part of its national identity.
