It is difficult for people living in cities today get enough physical exercise. Why is this the case? What can be done to solve the problem

In olden days we usually do our household works of our own, which is more than enough compared to gym and other physical activity what we are doing nowadays. Nowadays, most of us moving to cities as it is easy to commute to work place and the houses are small enough compare to ancient days. Let's consider an example, in our grandparent's decade the houses are big and the relatives visit more frequently. So our mother, especially has enough physical exercise to serve them. In cities the living place is small enough And in the kitchen there are modernized tools to make the things faster. Even house wife's depending on them to make sure husband and children reach to their office and school respectively. Adding, to that they are getting very less time to spend on physical activities. Most of the time spent in offices and when reaching home became stressed out and they want to relax in spite of focusing on other activities, which is impacting human health and it is a very serious problem in the current and the future generation. I believe everyone should aware of one's lifestyle and have to spend some time on their personal life towards gaining good health for the better lifestyle.So, one should focus on physical activities to catch up with good health.
