There is irrefutable evidence that many countries think that art is essential and must be supported, whilst others believe that is not and money should be spent on other important things.; nevertheless, there has been much discussion revolving around this issue. The supporters of artist assert that nations should backing artist whilst others argue that governments should spend that money on things more important. In my perspective, I am in favor with the former view.
