The government has a great responsibility towards citizens in their country. They provide many facilities for people in their country. Some people say that they spend more on defence and others say that they spend on a few social benefits to citizens. In

 statement has a point to agree or not. The government is by the people in their nation, so they need to show their responsibility towards the people’s benefit and safety. They keep the citizens safe from global enemies
such
 as terrorists, community wars and viral disease. So they need to improve the defence of the nation to protect the citizens from these threats.
