Smacking children is the best form of discipline. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

modern era, discipline plays a vital role in the life of children. Some parent are of the view that smacking children is the best possible way to discipline them.
This
essay will argue that why smacking children is entirely unnecessary and hazardous to children's health. Some parent believes that when pain is inflicted, the absorption of learning is long lasting.
This
means that children will definitely remember the things in the long run,
therefore
it would definitely make them disciplined and reduce their tantrums.
Moreover
, they are of the view that, to increase the level of absorption of learning and advancement of mental abilities, physical pain is the best option.
In addition
, some parents cannot handle their children properly, so smacking is the
last
option left for them.
For example
, parents might slap on the back of the hand of child to scare the child, so that he does not make the mistake repeatedly.
