modern world. In an organization, it is generally seen that the people working at the management level are provided with a large number of vacations as compared to the other employees. I believe that all employees should be treated equally and should be provided with the same number of vacations in a year and

's reputation is built by the completed projects. It depends upon the efforts of all the employees working in an organization. In India, in many private sector companies, the manager takes all the credit for good work.

Some companies give lots of benefits to the managers and in order to compensate the money they don't provide the same to other employees, even though the person who is actually working on the project is working for longer hours than the manager.
