Many people are involved in sports when they are young but stop once they are adult, why do many adults stop doing physical exercise? what can be done about this problem.
It is often thought that a lot of people are participating in physical activities in a younger age.

issue is that there are more priorities in an adult's life. The reason for this
is that once you get older there will be more responsibilities to experience a stable life. In other words

problem would be to reduce the amount of working days. The reason for this
