 disagree. Sometimes younger if they will get penny as a gift they will not spend it in the right places, so, that reason smallest will purchase unnecessary items for their uses, like as electronic devices, unimportant foods like as cigarettes, wines Cetra. That will affects their health and

 in the environment. Whatever people would grant to younger the right thinks like as essential books, foods, clothes

 like as they can buy clothes, private needs products, foods etc. But I disagree with

 argument. If the youngling will get a penny, the majority will go the wrong tracks. In conclusion, penny and other thinks both are important in their livelihood. But must avoid
money
 as a gift, perhaps it will be the right thinking.
