generation in Ireland, and the table illustrates the main reasons for energy consumption in the same nation. Overall, Coal and Gas generate the highest proportion of energy as compared to wind and solar as the least. In terms of percentage usage, heating is the major
consumer, in contrary to electronics and phone charging as the lowest, while lighting and kitchen appliances are on average. The coal
plant, the biggest producer, supplied almost half of the entire
supply in Ireland.
