A nowadays excessive mass of the human body becomes a big concern for health authorities. Most modern machines and gadgets are adding the extra fat on the latest generation, which is creating a top one issue for the rich nations. Multiple roots are involved in

scenario and the utmost one is the food, which we are taking not fresh and most of the time its frozen. Ice-covered eatable items are losing the goodness of natural things, which are not many full of protein, calcium, vitamin, etc. By taking

food, we are not getting those bio minerals & Amino but fat only, which affect the health of small ages. Another factor behind

issue was the high amount of vehicle, medical, hospital and very limited sports ground.
