Currenly, many people fail to balance the work with the other parts of lives.What are the problems and solutions ?

Today's world is extremely materialistic, which implies that a great number of people are working hard to meet their materialistic goals.

trend has ultimately given us longer working hours and stressful jobs. I reckon that there are a few key contributors to

trend and I will present my views on both the problems and solutions.

and Foremost, I reckon that the biggest contributor to the failed

is unrealistic expectations. Today, there is a plethora of materialistic luxuries which are very tempting to own and do not fit into the income brackets of many. According to a survey conducted by economic times, a major percentage of millennials fancy a high end luxury car and are willing to take on higher debts in order to own one.
