rendered graph represents how much enquiries Tourist Information office obtained in a city in 2011 within six-months by in person, letter or email, and telephone. Overall, face to face and enquiries by letter or email showed an inclination from January to June. Whereas, telephone enquiries had not much surprising feedback from customers Regarding information gathered by meeting in January, it was about 400 and a month later, numbers surged up by 200.
However
, after 2 months of period, figures reached to a peak of 1600 and in June it was over 1800.

, enquiries by letter or electronic mail, there was a plunge between January and February from about 900 to 800, respectively. Afterward, in March the number goes to 1000 and had been unchanged until April,

by June there was a dramatic increase of 1600.

, telephone enquiries did not show an interesting pattern with a continuous decline from 800 (January) to less than 400 (June).
