In addition
to
this
everyone may follow the

Suggestion
On
the contrary, relative you suggest that one of the main reasons of
mishappenings
is due to the dearth of proper roads in any particular region. So, for that purpose, the government should renovate all the roads which are having potholes. And other measures, which may work is providing education about
traffic
rules by any
traffic
police officer in colleges and Universities because most of the people who drive the cars are from these institutions, and if they have proper knowledge about rules
then
it may mitigate the incidents of road. To conclude and give my
opinion
, I would say that people may learn better by other measures, but in a big picture imposing strict punishments is a better way to deal with
this
situation.
