Some people say that it is possible to tell a lot about a person’s culture and character from their choice of clothes. Do you agree or disagree?

It is believed that the way of living and the personality of an individual can be well-known by the clothes they wear. I agree with
this
notion because specific dress codes and persona of an individual are reflective of a person as a whole. In the
first
instance, certain communities or groups of individuals prefer outfits as per their cultural norms and practices.
This
could be due to the fact that their ancestors have succumbed it and have been following
this
since a long time ago. Asian people,
for instance
, go for
eastern
Suggestion
easter
dresses more whereas, individuals in the foreign world are more inclined towards wearing western and easy clothes like jeans and
t-shirts
a close-fitting pullover shirt

shirts
.
Therefore
, the traditional values of each group can be predicted by their appearances.
In addition
to
this
, the nature of individuals can
also
be predicted by their dressing style. Not only it purely shows his personal choice, but it
also
puts the
first
impression on others. To give a clear example, a person having a humble and calm personality generally likes to wear subtle
colors

colours
and designs rather than following the latest trend and fashion. Take doctors,
for example
. As per their profession, they usually do not select bright

colours
for daily wear. Should they like it, they do not wear at hospitals and like more to wear at parties.
Hence
, dress sense can possibly be predictive of their character. In conclusion, I side with those who believe that dresses are crucial and are suggestive of a person’s heritage and his moral qualities.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
