However, regardless of everything there are many individuals whose literacy skills are still very low. This problem seems to be very common in many adults. However, it not only lowers the literacy rate of the society but there are also several disadvantages.

Others, however, argue that the circumstances of individual crime, and the motivation for committing it, should always be taken into account when deciding on the punishment. Fixing punishments for each type of crime has been a debatable issue. There are many arguments supporting both views, those for and those against fixed punishments. This essay will analyze both sides of the argument, furthermore, I am personally inclined to the latter view that suggests considering the circumstances of crime while sentencing someone.
