Not only do companies need young people to devote long-term dedication, and companies do not want to pay too much for the elderly when they retire. Eager is a very scary consequence. So to minimize government can take educational measures to raise awareness. Communicate for everyone to know the appropriate reproductive program. Hope everyone in the world will have a happy life.
