essay will discuss about its merits & demerit. Public libraries are the field of gaining knowledge from the very beginning of our civilization.
Moreover
, public libraries give easy access to many sorts of books which are required for various purposes. Books are arranged on shelves and one can collect the book required.
However

is the way

being followed from the very early times. More importantly, while skimming through the books, one can achieve some side knowledge, which could be valuable.
On the other hand
, some people think that, as the same purpose mentioned above can be served by
