Employers sometimes ask people applying for jobs for personal information, such as their hobbies and interests, and whether they are married or single. Some people say that this information may be relevant and useful. Others disagree. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Selecting the correct employee for a particular job would become a challenging task for the managers. Some people perceive that finding personal information about the skills or material status will helps to decide their capabilities and their focus.

, others think that these will not be useful to judge the person in an interview.
