Back in history, educational opportunities had been dedicated to males, while females were deprived of schooling. Even though both genders have equal access to educational opportunities these days, there are still some social pressures based on gender. While lads are more interested in science-based majors, whereas schoolgirls prefer arts disciplines. From my perspective, I believe this trend will be changed.

Nowadays, there are a lot of mature individuals who are still living in their parents' house, even until they are employed. I personally see the drawbacks sides exceed the positive parts. Adults need to learn how to tackle simple problems and pursue "value of money" learning, that likely to happen if they live apart.
