Nowadays , Doctors and teachers are immigrating from developing
countries
to rich
countries
. In
this
essay, I will discuss the cause of
this
problem by taking examples from newspapers and journals.
To begin
with , No doubt that each person wants growth in their career whether it is in terms of money or upgrading their skills . Professional
people
are leaving their home
countries
for many reasons
such
as financial growth and to enhance skills .
In addition
, If all professionals keep shifting from their own poor
country
then
there will be a scarcity of professional
people
and
as a result
,
this
condition will impact the economy of the
country
.
For example
, a recent survey from the New York Times revealed that 80% of professional
people
who shifting from an undeveloped
country
to Japan are extremely happy in
this
developed
country
because of the high salaries and other facilities
such
as free education for their kids , annual bonus , and travelling allowance etc. because of all these facilities there lives is joyful .
Secondly
, the Government should take some major action on the immigration of professionals by providing them with some facilities in their home
country
.
In addition
, the Government should appreciate and reward those
people
who are serving the nation.
For Instance
, Sudan is not a developed
country
even though educated
people
from Sudan are not willing to relocate from their home
country
because they are happy with their authority policies.
To conclude
, Poor
countries
' Government should encourage their professional
people
not to shift to another
country
by giving them the expected lifestyle and it will be useful for the
country
's growth as well.
