children should always follow their parents' advice. To what extend do you agree?

It is believed that children should always adhere strictly to
advice
given by their parents. Personally, I partially agree with
this
view, and will give my reasons below. On the one hand, some parental
advice
would guide children towards habits and
behaviors
manner of acting or controlling yourself
behaviours
which could develop their positive character traits, helping them grow up as good individuals

society.
For example
, most children are taught during childhood to share their

favourite
toys with their friends, to always tell the truth, to say “ Thank you”
,
Accept space
,
“Sorry”
,
Accept space
,
or “Please” to others all the time, to help those who are less advantaged or needy people, and so on.
This
in turn may shape caring, thoughtful, responsible and well-mannered human beings when they reach adulthood. In
this
way, children could benefit greatly from listening to their parents’
advice
.
Nevertheless
, there are times when heeding parent’s
advice
could be detrimental. To illustrate, when it comes to educational or career choices, it may be children who have the potential to make better decisions than anyone else.
This
is because many parents often wish their sons and daughters to follow in their footsteps, they tend to suggest that their children should choose a career path about which they may be not really passionate. For
this
reason, it is advisable that children should follow their heart and choose what is right for them. Obviously, it could be a bad idea to take parents’
advice
in
such
cases. In conclusion, while obeying parents could be advantageous to
children’s personality development
Suggestion
the children’s personality development
, I believe that children should consider carefully whether to take their parents’
advice
when they have to make important decisions in their lives.
