During the process of becoming adult, teenagers and their parents face with an issue of misunderstanding and a problem of disagreements between each other keenly feels. Awareness around
this
problem is increasing incrementally, as society is divided into two groups. A number of people claim that
such
clashes within families is a pivotal process for teenagers, since they cement their styles of living and
life
views;
part of the community maintains that it is harmful for both sides and should be removed immediately. From my perspective, conflicts are paramount part of growing, as it could benefit on children’s prospective growth.
First
, the appearance of an opposite viewpoint between parents and their children, especially teenagers, are inevitable, as everyone tends to have own opinion and in case of contrast, disagreement occurs. ,
this
stage of adolescence
life
is crucial, since teenagers develop their own opinions and train their critical thinking when tackling sophisticated problems.
For example
, conflicts between parents and teenagers arise from parents’ decisions about what is best for their children or worse,
instead
of giving that chance to youth, as it happens in religious families. Let us consider that parents are representatives of a particular religion and generally they force children to keep traditions, do not take into account their interests.
Although
, teenagers are a very emotional and usually they just voice their opinions and after that conflict occurs, they educate willpower.
On the other hand
, people are concentrating on the negative consequences of family disagreements and think that conflicts in teen ages are extremely dangerous. Because,
first
of all, high level of sensitiveness coupled with disagreements can cause some psychological illnesses or disorders.
In addition
, teenagers in
this
stage of
life
are more emotional and take everything close to their hearts;
therefore
, they could hurt themselves physically.
For instance
, a number of teenagers committing suicide, because of problems in the family increased incrementally in recent years.
Thus
, in order to mitigate adolescents’ lives, some people claim that conflicts should be avoided.
Admittedly, conflicts at home are unavoidable.
Hence
, another important point is that teenagers should improve their viewpoints and formulate their own style of living, since they will probably have more serious problems and clashes. Eventually, “practice makes perfect”, teenagers could have experience in problem solving and in the near future, they will be able to use them in rectifying the issues.
By the way of conclusion, conflicts between parents and adolescents have their own advantages and disadvantages;
nevertheless
, in my opinion, the benefits outweigh drawbacks, as it gives a number of opportunities for teenagers to base their adult
life
properly.
