lifestyle
is obesity and various diseases of the spine. One of the main reasons behind

long periods of physical inactivity raise of becoming overweight.

is because people burn fewer calories and easily gain weight.

could lead to person curves spine or might result in developing numerous spinal diseases. To tackle

problem people should engage in an active
lifestyle
.

may be the easiest and so the best way to an effective way to make people more active is to advertise walking and cycling as safe and attractive alternatives to transport. Having weighed everything mentioned up, we can come to a conclusion that a sedentary
lifestyle
causes a lot of health problems, including obesity and spinal diseases. The most effective solution is to increase the level of fitness among the society by advertising physical activity
