Dear sir, I'm writing
this
 letter to complain about the my
daughter
's treatment in our local hospital.
Last
 week my
daughter
 met with an accident, her left arm is broken. We rushed to a local hospital, which is less than five kilometres away from my house. I immediately informed in the reception about the emergency of the case. Response from them shocked me, the receptionist is so lazy and rude. She is looking into system, when I'm asked about doctors. She responded with a patient form after ten minutes. After filling and submitting patient form, no one there to give answer when will be my girl is going to be treated. I tried to talk with a nurse and other employees there, but no one is responding. After a long wait of four hours, my
daughter
 was taken to emergency care and treated. All these four hours no one cared about my
daughter
 and her pain. Please consider
this
 complaint and take a proper action on the hospital staff, so no other patient will suffer because of the negligence.
