The data provide information on average monthly temperatures and annual hours of sunshine in London, New York and Sydney.
Although
the
temperature
pattern of London and New York is similar, New York has colder winter and warmer summer. The average
temperature
in New York during the cold season is about 5 degrees while the
temperature
in London is 5 degrees warmer. July remains the warmest month for both cities. The opposite dynamic is observed in Sydney. Winter is the warmest season with the average
temperature
of 25 degrees while the
temperature
in the summer remains below 20 degrees. As for sunshine hours New York has the highest number of 2535 hours out of three cities. Lack of sunny days is noticed in London with a total of 1180 hours of sunshine a year.
