Scientific Research should be carried out and controlled by the government rather than private companies. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

 from the historical times.It has played an important role in significantly improving the quality of

 by various technological advancements.While, some argue that the scientific

 should be taken care by the

, I have a viewpoint that private sector should have
