In
this
modern era, joblessness is always a big headache for every nation. In many countries, the
ministry
has started a program of providing a monthly payment for the people without any profession for it will assist them until they get a work. In my personal opinion,
this
program has both positive and negative, so the
ministry
should provide only a minimal compensation for the needed one. When looking at the positive aspect of

system, it prevents people from bankruptcy and to do crime in order to earn. Everyone needs money in order to live the life that they wants to. So, to obtain that money, people work in different jobs. If they are jobless, they find other alternatives to earn their income through robbery, begging, and so on. A sudden loss of the career may lead them to bankruptcy. Without salary, people will fall in debt and at

there are certain cases which have ended in suicides. Without
this
scheme, many would have become homeless or criminals in order to survive. In the negative aspect,
this
scheme may make the people lazy. If the financial support is being provided by

for too long country’s financial resources will be at risk. There will be always a group of people who are waiting to take advantage of these kinds of system. If the deal provided by the
ministry
is too high, the interest for people to work actively will be reduced. To conclude,
this
arrangement has positive as well as a negative side. The payment must remain on a level to help people to survive, should not be more than that and
