To a large extent I agree that books are losing importance as a

and entertainment. I believe that

is mainly due to the technology advancement. Nowadays, people can actually get access to books on the internet. They can borrow and watch it whenever, or wherever they are. They could just carry a mobile device and browse the books they want,

instead

of going to libraries or book store to borrow or buy one, which may be much heavier and requires a higher

money

cost and time cost. Some online books have audio attached, which people can listen to it while reading it, which is more interesting. Since the technology is providing a much more convenient and less costly way for people to read books as a

and entertainment, books are indeed losing their importance. The internet is now the dominant
