Fossil fuels, such as coal, oil and natural gas, are used in many countries. The use of alternative sources of energy, including wind and solar power, is encouraged. Is this trend a positive or negative trend?

It is no secret that the vast majority of global

being utilised nowadays. In my opinion, the benefits of

trend are significantly more than the drawbacks. The main reason why I believe it to be positive is because the use of

can prevent environmental pollution. To be more specific, these environmentally-friendly sources, as opposed to fossil fuels, whose extraction triggers either air or water contamination, produce neither toxic substance nor exhausted gas into the environment.

, it proves more effective to cure environmental issues. A good example of

is the replacement of traditional oil and gas

with the state-of-the-art solar panels installed in the north of Azerbaijan. Not
