Each year, the crime rate increases. What are the causes of crime and what could be done to prevent this rise in criminal activity?
While a few people do not agree that there is an increase in the rate of crime every year, many agree on
this
. In this
essay, I am going to discuss the causes of this
increase and what measures we can take to abate this
.
Firstly
, I would like to discuss the reason for this
growth. The significant spike is due to the population doubling which makes it difficult to track each and every person. Also
, we don't have sufficient resources to serve the demand, consequently
, people start starving. The other aspect of this
is, the government is failing to do well, conversely
, the rich are getting richer and the poor are getting poorer. When a person starves, he will be ready to do anything for food. Last
but not the least is greed. Many people run behind money to get name, fame, respect, etc. For instance
, keeping vigil on a village won't be difficult, comparatively, keeping an eye on a city will be a harder task.
Secondly
, I want to share a few points to prevent this
rise. Although
kids are required for any family, they can have one or two. A possible solution to this
problem could be to curb these activities by increasing the security; there are a number of ways this
can be achieved: installing cameras, deploying more police personals, educating people, providing basic needs, and being faithful to the country. For example
, installing cameras will give a clear picture of who is committing the crime and can be punished; he will never do this
again.
To conclude, the rise in criminal activity comes due to many reasons, but having as strong leader of the country will make a significant difference. If there is a strong leader, he can take proper measures to control and provided the basic needs to needy people that they don't have to do something wrong.Submitted by rmz41111 on
