Nowadays, traffic accidents are one of the most controversial issues. Many people believe that only stringent penalties will deter many motorists from driving crimes on the roads.

be effective. Undoubtedly, stricter punishments will act as a deterrent, which can change drivers’ attitudes leading to mitigate car accidents. There is a diversity of types of driving punishments,

as hefty fines, the confiscation of driving licenses, or even worse prison sentence.

, in many countries, drunk drivers could even charge more than one thousand dollars. If they caused a severe accident, they could be detained for many years in jail or even be condemned to death, because they endanger innocent lives. It is not to say only harsh penalty can enhance road safety; there are other rational ways which government could take into account to cut off driving crimes.

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:
