Some people believe that the government should not spend money on international aid when they have their own disadvantaged people like homeless and unemployed. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is undeniable that, population has risen in a big bunch. It
also
brings along with it some problems like poverty unemployment and illiteracy. A group of people believes that a democracy should not provide help to improvised union till there is a demand of the donor citizen to be improved living conditions. I strongly agree with
this
view which says that
first
priority should always be given to the host laymen
instead
of providing help to the developing countries. To start with,
first argument
Suggestion
the first argument
is that government should utilize that amount of money to improve the educational institutions and better welfare for society which will ultimately help to develop a nation economically.
Moreover
, if donor public's people would feel insecure in their lives, so how a country can run.
Besides
this
, if a country is already weak by its economy so how that would be able to help the needy ones. As many tribes are suffering from debt, so they may take longer time to return money in some cases.
On the other hand
, some believe that society should always step forward to help the needy countries. After all, they should give respect to the humanity and decency. In some cases like countries should work as a volunteer not as monetary. To cite an example, there was an extreme flood occurred in Assam, India in 2013 due to which India had to suffer from heavy lose and the union received help from developing as well as from developing countries. In conclusion,
although
this
is a good thing to help those countries which are really required help from neighbour ones in conditions of natural calamities
such
as earthquake, tsunami or medical help. Yet,
first
priority should always be given to the own people if they have need of anything or any amenity,
then
government duty is that, should obey their demands. After that, they should think about to provide aid to a state.
