The threat of nuclear weapons maintains world peace. Nuclear power provides cheap and clean energy. The benefits of nuclear technology far outweigh the disadvantages. To what extent do you agree or disagree? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your knowledge or experience.

Nuclear weapons can be used for creating calmness in the
world
. Atomic
power
is much more affordable and less polluting
source
of
energy
. There are many advantages of nuclear
power
which exceeds its drawbacks. In my opinion, nuclear
power
is good for society as an
energy
source but
Accept comma addition
source, but
it's not logical to use it for threatening the
world
for achieving peace. Let's talk about its advantages and disadvantages.
Firstly
, nuclear
power
is a good
source
for generating electricity as compared to hydro
power
at any given climate conditions,
for instance
,; hydro
power
cannot be used in the winter when everything froze but nuclear
power
never froze at any temperature.
Secondly
, generation of
power
through atomic
power
is less polluting as it constrains to one building and no one can go through it.
Lastly
, Nuclear
power
can replace all other non-renewable
source
Suggestion
sources
of
energy
like petrochemicals, coal etc. Which will reduce the burden from these sources and will save the mankind.
On the contrary
, nuclear weapons shows a
power
in the
world
. The country which will have more weapons will rule other by dictating them and
this
is not the mean for
world
peace.
This
will
also
lead to a war like situation
for example
, during
World
War 1, America had the atomic bomb attack in Japan just because Japan was against them in war. In the conclusion, nuclear
power
is a good
source
of
energy
which will reduce our dependence on non- renewable sources, but nuclear weapons are not good for mankind as they are built only to satisfy someone's ego.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
