Some people think the government should pay for health care and education, but other people claim that it is the individual‘s responsibility. Do you agree or disagree?

Certain individuals believe that the government should take responsibility for the welfare and literacy system in our country, while other's believe that it is our own responsibility. I can see both sides of
this
argument in my essay.
Firstly
, to support my views of the government, they should come up with several campaigns to motivate and bring awareness in several essential sectors like fitness & teaching. In my country, there are few companies where it is compulsory to have a health checkup once in a year. In India, there are public hospitals, who are providing free of cost consultations to the one who are unable to afford to go to private hospitals. In the rural areas, there are teachers from private or public school providing free knowledge to the needy ones. In my country, every year government is allocating millions of rupees behind the development of infrastructure for schools and hospitals.
Secondly
, it is rightly said, "health is wealth". It is the utmost responsibility of the public to take care of their fitness and wellbeing. To live a healthy and wealthy life, people have to take a good schooling from the very early age. Education surrounds us. Which company will hire you without good education?
This
is the question we should ask ourself. For the better future of our loved ones it is essential to have a better education and a degree. It will directly or indirectly benefits our family and nation. So it is essential to take up insurance plans that take care of any major incidents like accident, fewer or any critical illness. On the whole, I think it is just not the authority who should take initiatives to the essential sectors, but we as an individual need to wake up and start spreading awareness about the health and education.
