Should wealthy nations be required to share their wealth and resources among poorer nations by providing such things as food and education? Or is it the responsibility of the governments of poorer nations to look after their citizen themselves?

Some people believed that the world economy today has equal development by sharing and providing necessities between wealthy nations and poorer ones.
However
, some arguments are given that the power of developing countries should regulate economy to take care of their citizens themselves. In my opinion, both the share and responsibility are vital factors to help poorer countries control their own economic growth. On the one hand, wealthy nations should help undeveloped countries. It can be observed that the state of poorer nations made their citizens themselves become more and more difficult. They faced the lack of necessities as medical equipment, education, food. As a consequence, unstable societies were formed. To be more specific, it led to criminal situation, the number of disabled, sick people and even deaths.
In addition
, the disappointment of their state caused a wave of migrants. That had a dramatic influence on developing countries
such
 as the increase in population, stagnant economic system, etc. Having impacted on wealthy nations themselves, wealthy nations should support to rich mutually.
On the other hand
, the poorer nations should not depend on wealthy ones. The responsibility of the poorer state is a key role to take care for their citizens themselves.

, they must make use of the support sources to campaign against illiteracy.

 the regime must implement economic policies to attract foreign investments. Gross Domestic Product and Foreign Direct Investment would be improved. Specially, the poor nations do not suffer the controller of developed countries that lost their freedom themselves. In conclusion, people all over the world are part of one community, human being, so they have the responsibility to make a better life.
