A growing number of people feel that animals should not be exploited by people and that they should have the same rights as humans, while others argue that humans must employ animals to satisfy their various needs , including uses for food and research. Discuss both views and give your opinion

Whilst the vast majority of people are of the view that animals should be treated in the same way as humans are.Others believe that humans
also
have needs to be met so they exploit animals as a source of nutrition and for scientific experiments. In my opinion, I totally agree with using animals to fulfil humanitarian needs.
To begin
with, it is evidently clear that animal based experiments are acceptable for various reasons.
firstly
Suggestion
Firstly
, animals simply bear a close resemblance to humans either in behaviour or in cell formation.
therefore
Suggestion
Therefore
, researchers can draw a myriad of benefits from animal testing
such
as finding cures for anxiety and fear disorders.
For example
,
this
has been scientifically proven that animals respond to external disturbances
such
as electrical shock nearly in the same manner as humans do.
secondly
Suggestion
Secondly
, there is a little chance to find other satisfying substitutions for animals as a raw material to conduct experiments on.
Nevertheless
.It is imperative taking in consideration that animals feel as much pain as human does.
In other words
, exploiting animals should not be done for unnecessary reasons
such
as using them for cosmetic purposes.
For instance
, In 2014, according to an article in The New York Times, about 50%of animal based cosmetic tests were simply aiming to diversify products and maximising profits.
In addition
, humans can get all their needed nutrients from green vegetables and not necessarily from an animalistic resource. In conclusion, In the light of what have been discussed,
although
animals can be taken as resources intended for the benefit of humans, their suffering should be controlled to the minimum during experimentation and steps must be taken to improve animal rights.
