some people prefer live in a house, while others think that there are more advantages living in the apartment. Are there more advantages than disadvantages to living in a house rather than in a apartment

Nowadays, there is important to consider the type of home when searching for a place to stay. People believe that live in a detached
house
preferable, rather than to live in an apartment. So,
this
essay, analysing the issue from multiple perspectives, will provide more data to the pros than cons.
First
of all, the
house
gives us privacy. It is more valuable today
,
Accept space
,
in overcrowded and noisy world. The feeling of quiet and peace give us much opportunity to reveal our ideas and stay alone with our thoughts.
For instance
, the person who comes to his own come, feels more relaxed and calm
next
day, after staying away from other people.
Therefore
, it is a big advantage to have own
house
Secondly
, the houses are so spacious and have their own area around the
house
. It is very important when you have children.
For example
, they will have saved environment to play games, create something around the
house
. So, it is very comfortable, to watch children from a close distance and check all the time.
However
, the apartments have their advantages, compared to houses. It is their lower cost than houses. To maintain the
house
, especially, if it is detached as well as semi detached, it will be much more expensive than an apartment.
That is
why, it apartments becomes affordable, even if you buy it for the mortgage.
This
could be one of the main cons to buy a
house
. Summing up all arguments, it can be said that houses have more advantages than disadvantages. In my opinion, houses have great benefit in raising children in the good atmosphere of safety and creativity.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
