Most people spend all their
work
Suggestion
working
life working for same organisations, while others think that to
work
with different organisations is much better. On the one hand, people who
work
for the same employers
such
as, companies and industries for all their working life are favoured by their employee and become incredible part of their company. .
For example
, people in the same company for years are trusted due to their loyalty and dedication and are always preferred to others
thus
, steadily climbing the ladder and reaching their goals.
Moreover
, it introduces the sense of job security which brings stability.
In addition
, employees in the leading industries are well paid and even get more benefits from the company for themselves and their family.
On the other hand
, working with different companies will add different experience, skills and versatility in professional life.
This
will lead to the individual as well as professional growth as it will enhance knowledge and confidence which will eventually lead to a good career.
For instance
a medical professional in a clinic can only get exposure to the outpatient department and
thus
leading to lack of experience in the other departments.
Furthermore
, doing the same jobs for quite a while, makes a person disinterested and becomes bored and disillusionment and does not perform well. In my opinion, I believe it is always important to focus on the individual growth of a person and by constantly improving and enhancing knowledge in one’s own field open new opportunities, so it is better to
work
for different organisations.

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
