The given diagrams illustrate the sketch of two different rooms that are being planned for single students I.e.

 is bigger than the

.
However
, it is cheaper than the later one. On the one hand, the sketch of the
cubicle
room
 shows that it is 6mx2.5m in dimensions. It has got a single bed adjacent to the window along with a study desk. The south-west corner of the
room
 has kitchen items (microwave, stove, sink) and a television. Whereas, the north-west corner contains an attached bathroom.
On the other hand
, the sharing
room
 is bigger in dimensions I.e. 6x4m. It contains all the facilities for individual students as that of a
cubicle
room
, except for a few. These few things include a shared bathroom, TV and the kitchen items.
In contrast
, it has an extra centre table and chairs.
Moreover
, the space in the
second
 bed, which is separated from the
first
 bed by a partitioning wall, is a little congested and does not contain any window for the outside view. Turning towards the rent, sharing
