In some countries, governments are encouraging industries and businesses to move to regional areas outside the big cities. Do the advantages of this trend outweigh the disadvantages?

In many countries, governments are promoting industry and other businesses to locate in rural zones outside the big cities. In my opinion, they can destroy the natural surroundings in the regional zones.
However
, due to there being many people living in city centres, it is congested and polluted. I believe that, moving the big businesses and industries is beneficial to city dwellers. Governments in the western countries play a vital role in
protection
Suggestion
the protection
of the nature by encouraging them to move to the far regions from the city. There is a major drawback of
this
approach. Regional zones consist of many green areas and natural surroundings, and they are home to many animal species as well.
Consequently
, it would be impossible to move aforementioned industries without damaging the natural environment.
Therefore
,
this
project would be a great challenge to governments in finding an appropriate place in order to allocate it to the business persons.
For instance
, almost eight thousand species have become extinct worldwide due in part to the factories' facilitate close to green zones. On the flip hand, cities today are crowded and congested, and oxygen deprivation is one of the major issues. It is an undeniable fact that they have increased the already existing air and water pollution by releasing the unfiltered gas into the atmosphere and throwing their tons of garbage to the rivers and seas.
Furthermore
, high levels of pollution contribute to the decrease in oxygen levels and
this
might be fatal in some cases.
In other words
, governments should protect the cities because there is already a risky amount of pollution.
For example
, a conducted study in 2017 suggested that, factories operating in cities are responsible for a %35 of overall deterioration of the environment. In conclusion, companies and their business facilities pollute the air and water. Cities should be left to the dwellers because there is a limited amount of oxygen.
Moreover
, in order to prevent untouched areas from being destroyed by operators, governments should regulate and determine the appropriate areas.
