some people prefer to live in a house, while others feel that there are more advantages to living in an apartment. Are there more advantages than disadvantages of living in a house compared with living in an apartment?

Preferring a
house
or flat as a living accommodation is a debatable issue nowadays. It is considered by some people that living in a
house
is a better option than living in the flats, while others believe that apartments have more advantages. In my opinion, they both have some advantages and disadvantages and
this
essay will discuss about both.
Firstly
, living in a
house
relieve the
owner
of the
house
from the problems like high music or sounds which their neighbours make, and therefor, the people who live in a
house
are calmer.
For example
, according to one of the latest research from Harvard University, 65% of people who live in a
house
are less aggressive and they have more concentration
at
Suggestion
on
their work.
Secondly
, most houses have
also
a garden and that means the
owner
and his or her kids have more space for physical activities, namely planting and playing different sports which is almost impossible in an
apartment
. But, regardless of the fact that the
owner
has more space, cleaning huge houses is
also
very hard and takes a lot of time.
Likewise
, making a
house
warm, takes a lot of time and energy.
Moreover
, finding a huge
house
which answers all our expectations is not a very easy thing nowadays.
On the other hand
, living in an
apartment
means having a lot of neighbours around you which can be very noisy. Keeping animals, like dog or birds, is not a very easy thing to do. If a person has a child, he or she should be really careful that they are not disturbing other neighbours while they are playing.
However
, the
owner
can
also
have good and helpful neighbours which can help him and sometimes they can look for their kids. If a person has not enough money, he can share his
apartment
with another person and
as a result
, he can make money from his extra bedrooms. In conclusion, I believe that living in a
house
has more advantages than
apartment
and I personally, prefer to live in a
house
.
