You were hurt in a minus accident inside a supermarket, and you wish to complain to the supermarket.Write a letter to the manager of the supermarket. In your letter : * Say who you are. * Give details about the accident. * Suggest how the supermarket could prevent a similar accident
Dear Sir or Madam
My name is Riba Jacob and I am writing to inform you about the misfortune
happened
to me while purchasing groceries from your store.
On 24th October at 3: pm, after collecting the toiletry items, I was moving towards the bakery section, meanwhile, I got slipped and twisted my ankle because the floor was wet and your staff did put any caution board in that area to forbid Correct pronoun usage
that happened
this
accident. I was in pain and expecting immediate help, therefore
, my daughter called the receptionist, but she has refused to provide any medical aid, and started yelling at me for not taking precautions. Her cringe attitude was disgraceful and unacceptable.
In future to avoid these incidents, I am requesting you to take some stringent action against this
negligence of your employees and always inform the consumers beforehand by putting notices on the board or through an announcement if any kind of work is in progress.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.Submitted by Rashme on
