Men and women can never share the same responsibilities at home and in everyday life. Do you agree or disagree

It is argued that, men and women both are not capable to handle the same duty like, while in the household and in the office. In my opinion, women’s are efficient at to look after the family at the best way whilst men’s highlight their skills effectively in the job.
