chains and unhealthy snack, it appears that the average standard of people's health might deteriorate in the future. In 1990's, the way that families would celebrate special events or reunite is by cooking and bonding over homemade hot meals. Nowadays, people have gone out of their traditional ways by eating more outside of their homes. The fast
food
industry has seen more growth than ever as it has been part mostly of everyone's life. It is more convenient, especially for families with kids as most chains offer value meals where you can get a bit of everything for a cheaper price. There has been an increase of various kinds of eateries as well like delis, diners, cafeterias and drive-in restaurants which have been popular especially for younger adults. Full-time workers find
this
type of
food
places time-saving as more stand-alone and quick-lunch counters are available near their workplaces.
However
, behind all of these advantages are the facts that most people are putting their health at risk too. Most of the desired restaurants are using processed ingredients which may contain additives that are bad if consumed too much. Not all people who patronize

are fit and exercise regularly which have resulted in the increasing percentage of kids and adults being obese. Some have

been too dependent on

that it has increased their sugar level, causing them to have diabetes at a young age. Ultimately, people might find it convenient to eat fast
