It is irrefutable that every

citizen

has many responsibilities to making their

nation

better. Some people think that tax paying is the best way of contributing to our

nation

. While a certain segment of the

nation

thinks that every

citizen

has many responsibilities apart from paying taxes.

This

essay shall discuss both the sides along with my opinion.

To begin

with the

first

argument to support the former view is that the government uses the tax for providing essential services to the

citizen

such

as schools, colleges, hospitals, public parks and good infrastructure and so on.

Moreover

, the Government uses the tax for providing crucial subsidies to poor citizens

such

as grocery, electricity bill, gas cylinder, water bill, free medical facilities, free education system. It is only possible because of taxes.

On the other hand

, every

citizen

has many responsibilities

such

as we should respect our National flag and

nation

Suggestion

national

anthem. We should always be ready to protect our country when necessary. We should respect and protect the National heritage and public property

such

as public transport, post office, bridges, historic place, forests. As well as every

citizen

should follow the law and order to maintain peace in the country and stand for the wrong things and raise voice against misdeeds. They should donate the funds to welfare organizations. After over all the analysis, it can be concluded that a good

citizen

is the one who not only pay taxes, but

also

fulfil all the other responsibilities those will lead to the development of their country.
