There is no denying the fact that technical jobs are men's domain and only one-fifth women are employed in technical jobs. Multifarious problems are associated with getting these jobs for women,

every problem can be solved by taking certain measures. To embark with why it is difficult for women to get technical job.

, a working female has to look after their family along with her profession and she gets less time to improve her skill.

the proportion of female employees in technical jobs is less as compared to males because the former has to face some kind of difficulties but
