Nowadays, many people prefer to be a homeowner rather than a tenant. There are many reasons why this is the case. Personally, in my opinion, there are both pros and cons to this situation and I will explain my reasons in the following paragraphs.

We cannot deny that there are some elements of imbalance within a few countries on the proposition of young adults mixed to society among their older counterparts.
